Walkers Semperit

the past 2-3 days i was in the mood to make kuih raya and i tried my hand at making kuih semperit. first time buat, tak berapa jadi macam the ones that i used to eat so yesterday  i modified it a bit and got what i wanted & the way i remember it.

bila dah letak dalam my collection of biscuit tins, look commercialised macam beli kat kedai pulak and rebranded  " Walkers Kuih Semperit" (ganti shortbread), made in Wollaton (instead of Scotland).

ramai orang berkenan dengan biscuit tins tu. haaa ini lah guna nya biscuit tins yang di collect selama hari ni. come hariraya, i will just serve the biscuits in the tin; ye lah i dont have the fancy balang biscuits macam orang2 kat malaya. tu pun kalau biscuit tak habis sebelum raya.
