all good things come to an end

and now.. the end is near.. so i must face the final curtain...

its the last few days in the month of Ramadhan. almost everyone asks the question - is this going to be our last Ramadhan? no one knows whether or not we're going to live to meet the next Ramadhan, so we try our best to do all the good deeds in this holy month. what i learned from this fasting ritual is "always be appreciative, be thankful and be patient". i cud never be like others who recite one juzuk of  Quran daily and solat tarawih every nite during this holy month to gain pahala; i did it my way - stayed at home most of the time - puasa mata, puasa mulut, puasa telinga;  socialise virtually on fb but be watchful of my comments & "conversation", looked after the kids & household, diligently and sincerely prepare food for iftar and sahur. buat amalan setakat yang mampu & secara ikhlas, biar tak dapat pahala banyak asal tak bertambah  dosa.

summer holidays is coming to an end too. next week i'm back to work and the kids will be back to school the week after. its not been a great summer, there have been exceptionally good days as well as bad days. temperature is slowly dropping to below 20 deg, more rain and shorter days are coming our way.  with summer slowly leaving us,  i had to sort out the next season's wear. i  just de-cluttered the kids clothings and my wardrobe, lots to dispose or ship home. summer wear will be put away, light knitted jumpers and cardies are back on the rail.

Insyaallah panjang umur kita jumpa lagi di Ramadhan & Summer tahun depan.
