North Wales : Day 1 - F3 at Oulten Park

before going on any holiday, i would normally buy travel books on places we were going to. travel book on Wales was difficult to find in the city bookshops but i managed to get one - North Wales & Snowdonia by Colin Macdonald at Waterstones just a few days before we left. it really helped with planning the daily itineraries. kamar only wanted to know the destination, keyed into the sat nav and drove....

we left the house on saturday morning at 9am and headed for Oulten Park, a racing circuit in Crewe near Chester to meet kamar & kakak's cousin - Chah who's there with her family, looking after and giving moral support to her son Jazeman, who's racing for Petronas in F3. it was nice meeting them again.

from there, we went to Cheshire Oak Factory Outlet near Ellesmere Port as kamar wanted to get a new outdoor jacket and i could tumpang sekaki to get a fleece top for outdoor walking.

we arrived at Foel Farm in Rhosesmor at 4pm, settled in and the kids love the place. we had dinner & a good rest. on friday, i made beef stew, ayam kicap and curry ayam, froze them and brought over. at makan time, defrost any one lauk, goreng sayor, masak nasi and thats it, dinner's ready!
