first bake

i baked a cake to welcome the new year 2010 & the new decade. its called dark and squidgy chocolate torte.


its dark and dense but not so rich and icecream compliments it very well; even though the temperature outside is -1 deg C today.

new year's day lunch was mixed beef & lamb stew with potatoes & carrots. dinner?? ayam goreng kicap!
