hot summer days

when i woke up this morning, temperature was already at 22 deg, high of 29 deg in the afternoon. nasib baik bulan puasa, so kurang lah aktiviti jenjalan except bila perlu. the met office had issued heatwave alert  yesterday and gave some tips  

Advice for being sun safe

• Try to keep out of the sun between 11:00 and 15:00
• Wear sunscreen
• Wear loose cotton clothing
• Drink lots of cool drinks
• Seek shade
• Wear sunglasses and a hat
• Look out for others, especially vulnerable groups such as the elderly, young children and babies and those with serious illnesses
• Never leave anyone in a closed, parked vehicle, especially infants, young children or animals 

the last heatwave was in 2006, when i was still pregnant with Aliyah. we went to Ireland for summer. first time Aisyah main air kat beach.
