come together festival 2013

last sunday night we went to Royal Albert Hall (in Notts, not the posh one in London) to see Aisyah & her friends from Nottingham Music School performing with 2 orchestra groups from Germany. its actually an annual event but for the past 2 years it was held in Germany.

it was a spectacular concert featuring 160 young musicians from Nottingham Music School and from the Jugendorchester Karlsruhe and Jugendblasorchester Halle, Germany.  Aisyah plays the percussion in the Intermediate Orchestra and hope to move on to the Youth Orchestra (now called Robin Hood Orchestra) next term.  Aisyah joined the music school after easter break in april and goes there from  9am-1pm every Saturday except during school hols/term break.
