seems like we are a bit behind with the movies. dah lama shown on the silver screen baru nak tengok but then again, having the little one kind of makes it a bit difficult to go to the cinema unless someone babysits the kids. thats why kamar & i prefer buying the dvds and watch the films at our own time. and we normally wait for the sale.. today i got the dvds at £5 each, about 1/3 of the original price.
tadi dah tengok confession of a shopaholic, i've read the book and enjoy reading sophie kinsella's books. thats my other favourite past time and i read on the bus to/from work. i've just finished reading yasmin ahmad's films by amir muhammad and i asked my cousin ilani to buy gubra, rabun & talentime dvd for me. now i'm half way thro reading "to love, honour & betray (till divorce do us part)" by kathy lette. very light reading cos i leave the serious stuff to reading my text books for studying & teaching.
hi nik, those dvd's aren't shown on our circuit either. But i can't get them for you from a shop near your old apt for almost 1/10 of your price. Don't ask me how and why, haha. Better still u can borrow mine. i have each one of them.
